ADULT SHRED CLASS:
With great success of Round 1 of our 6 Week Shred Class...we will begin another session. Session 2-March 7th-April 16th! 6 weeks for $60 or $4 a class. Bring a mat, weights, water and yourself. Be ready to workout. Mondays 8-9 pm, Tuesdays 8-9 pm, Thursdays 6:30-7:30 pm
